  prime time is that period between 6 and 10 p.m. during which most of the general public watches television.

  commercials in prime time are the most expensive, approaching a million dollars per minute.

  i just picked up this sci-fi movie from the groovie 70's and watched it.

  i remember that it kind of disturbed me when i was a kid.

  it was about a closed society that automatically kills everyone at age 30, so they can be replaced by a new baby.

  Is there a DF cut off point

  does anyone know if there is a set time period after which a baptised witness, who has ceased attending meetings or having any association with the congregation, can begin living openly as a non-witness (living with a partner while not married) without incurring the punishment of disfellowhipping?

  if so, can you direct me to printed 'proof' of the wts edict in this regard.

  i completely withdrew from the society about 6 years ago and have left the town i lived in whilst i was active, but i have family members who are still witnesses and i don't want to risk being formally 'banned' from associating with them on the rare occasions that we see each other.

  hi, i was just reading e-watchmans website (came across it by accident, wouldn't normally entertain it) and i read that, and quote: "the august 1st, 2004, watchtower magazine carries a typical feature article entitled: "good government, where can it be found?

  " the article briefly makes the case for world government and then asserts that world government has already become a reality since 1914 in the form of god's kingdom.

  on page four the watchtower appears to be pandering to the sci-fi generation, saying of the tribulation: "an attack from another planet?
